Using local organisations to help

There are a few local organisations who can help spread the word about what you do.

  • If you have leaflets that you would like to distribute, The Working Together Project may be able to include them in their occasional mailings, for a small charge.
  • At the Resource Centre you can use the desk top publishing and printing facilities to produce flyers, posters and newsletters.
  • If you have news releases or stories which you would like to be considered for publication, there is a citywide magazine that would be interested to see them. Email them to the editor, Katy McGrory, at katy@cvsectorforum.org.uk
  • Information sheets on writing and sending out a news release, radio interviews, how to effecitvely state your case, and a list of media contacts are available at the Resource Centre.
  • There are lots of community newsletters and magazines across Brighton and Hove, taking and publishing a range of information, some with advertising space to sell, some without. Find out who they are and what they do, on the Forum’s website at http://www.cvsectorforum.org.uk/newsletters
