Excellence in Volunteer Management (EVM) programme EVM is a Volunteering England blended learning programme designed around the needs of people who manage or co-ordinate volunteers and it can lead to an accredited qualification in volunteer management. The National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Managing Volunteers National workplace standards which cover activities, standards of performance, underpinning knowledge, skills and personal qualities required of managers of volunteers.
