Quality Assurance

Quality assurance systems can help organisations assess and demonstrate whether they are providing effective services and activities that are well planned and effectively managed.

Working Together Project provides training on quality assurance related issues. They also have a series of links and resources on their website that will help you achieve PQASSO level 1. Go to www.workingtogetherproject.org.uk.  

BHCI Performance Development Service can provide one to one development support, including support to help you achieve the PQASSO standards. Go to www.bhci.org.
