Fundraising support at the Resource Centre

Information Sheets

Listed below are some of the information sheets that you may find useful during
the fundraising process.

Our information sheets are simply written and aim to cover
the essentials of running a group and its activities. They are all available at
the Resource Centre, and on our
website at http://www.resourcecentre.org.uk/information/.

Favourite Funders

We have put together basic details of selected funders that
have proved useful to local community groups in Brighton & Hove. These
sheets are available in a reference file at the Resource
Centre or on our website at http://www.resourcecentre.org.uk/funders/.
For each funder we give a summary of:

  • Contact details
  • Aims of the fund
  • Who can apply
  • How much and what you can apply
    for
  • How to apply
  • Deadlines for application

Trustfunding.org

This is a searchable subscription website which has
details of thousands of UK
grant making trusts. You can search for likely funders for your group and
project, and print out their details. We have a subscription at the Resource Centre - just ring and book the the time that you would like to come in and use it. You will just have to pay 66p per hour for your computer use, plus
the cost of any printouts.
