- We now have two free downloadable accounts systems which enable groups to use Excel to keep on top of their finances. The Simple Accounts system (published September 2011) is ideal for small groups who don't need to track grants or projects, while the Annual Accounts system with grant tracking is designed for groups who need to account for grant funding, especially if you have more than one funder or project. Both are easy to use - just download the system, put in your own headings and start to use a powerful tool that's tailored to your needs.
