Usability Testing

Testing usage of existing sites aims to

  • Determine key information retrieval tasks which staff, volunteers and trustees community groups undertake to support their organisation
  • Gain an understanding of the priority areas for organisations
  • Gain an understanding of the language used
  • Investigate how groups use the Internet to achieve these tasks
  • Examine how Support for Groups and key local infrastructure agency websites support these tasks.

Make recommendations to Support for Groups and other agencies on the usability of their websites
