Diversity Forum event: Developing and delivering a diversity strategy

This workshop is intended to help organisations to develop and deliver an effective diversity strategy within their own voluntary and community organisation. It will explore a range of issues, including:

  • What is a diversity strategy?
  • What is the purpose of a diversity strategy
  • Conducting an audit
  • Establishing the business and social cases for valuing diversity
  • Creating and implementing an action plan
  • Implementing a diversity strategy
  • Organisational and cultural change
  • Senior management team buy-in
  • Staff buy-in
