Sexual Assault Referral Centres: 2008 Funding Round Open

Applications are invited from partnerships of police forces and primary care trusts (PCTs) together with any local sexual violence voluntary sector organisations and existing Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) for funding.The 2008/09 and 2009/10 spending rounds have been combined and a total of ?1.6 million is available to offer continuous support in developing and enlarging the network of existing and new SARCs. Existing SARCs can apply for up to ?25,000 in capital grants and ?30,000 in resource funding. New SARCs can apply for up to ?75,000 in capital grants. The deadline for submission of applications is 7 November 2008.
