Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Awards

Property developers, engineers, planners, architects and surveyors are invited to enter this award scheme to raise the profile of the vital contribution they make to society. The awards recognise a full spectrum of organisations and projects, from small schemes achieved by the vision and persistence of one individual, to multimillion-budget, globally recognised developments.Winners from each category in each of the regions will go through to the grand final which takes place in October 2008. Projects, or distinct phases of projects, should have been completed between 1 October 2004 and 30 September 2007. For the Sustainability category, projects may date between 1 October 2000 and 30 September 2007, provided evidence of ongoing sustainability can be provided. Entry is free and applications are invited from individuals or organisations. There are no restrictions in terms of size or number of employees within an organisation.
