Enhancing the Patient Care Environment
Up to four nurse-led teams in England will receive support under the current focus of the Foundation of Nursing Studies' (FoNS) Developing Practice Programme. The Programme supports projects and initiatives which develop healthcare practice and improve patient care. In partnership with the Department of Health, applications are now being invited under the theme of Enhancing the Patient Care Environment, namely improving the patient environment and ultimately patients' experience of healthcare.Successful teams will be supported by a FoNS practice development facilitator and will receive a grant of up to ?2,500.
The deadline for the receipt of proposals is 7 March 2008.
