This grants scheme offers revenue funding to projects in receipt of funding from the Communities and Local Government?s Hostels Capital Improvement Programme (HCIP). The purpose of the grants will be to pump prime the activity and innovation that goes alongside the CLG?s approach of using the HCIP funding to ensure that services become ?Places of Change?.The grants are divided into 3 levels: ? small grants under ?2,500 ? medium sized grants ?2,500 - ?5,000 ? large grants ?5,001 - ?20,000 The application form should be completed and returned to Homeless Link by 5pm on the 27 July 2007.
